- Free Insurance, automatically included with every shipment, with a coverage value according to the applicable terms
- Paid Insurance, providing additional protection with a higher coverage value to suit your needs.
Both cover the risk of loss, damage, or theft of goods during transit, with limits according to the established regulations.

For extra protection, Deliveree provides additional paid insurance from Tokio Marine Indonesia. You can select the coverage value directly in the app, with compensation based on the market value of the goods. Please note, compensation is only provided for damage and loss during the Transportation Time. The claim amount will not exceed the selected coverage value, and a deductible applies according to the policy’s terms.
