To submit a claim for damaged or missing goods under SPIL’s cargo insurance policy, download the form below and return it fully completed to support.id@deliveree.com within 24 hours of receiving delivery of the goods at destination.

Since the form requires signatures, please scan or take a good quality resolution photo for emailing purposes. We will request the original signed form from you at a later time.


For the Deliveree trucking pickup leg of your LCL door-to-port booking, you receive free insurance for goods that are two years old or less from AXA Indonesia. This protects you against loss or damage to your goods according to our policy linked below.

If you want additional insurance for your LCL booking, we bring you competitive prices from our insurance partner Tokio Marine Indonesia in collaboration with PT Panasonic Insurance Service Indonesia.

  • For port-to-door bookings, the paid insurance will cover your goods from the moment they are accepted at the loading port until your goods arrive at the destination.
  • For door-to-door booking, the paid insurance will cover your goods from when the Deliveree driver collects your goods from your pickup location until it arrives at the destination.

Purchase your desired coverage level from the drop-down menu of the App. It is crucial to note that Tokio Marine Insurance includes a 10% deductible from the total claim payment, which will be borne by the claimant.
